you start to accelerate on low rpm on 1st or 2nd or any gear (like 1500-2000) and you fell like the car is hesitating or like its missing a beat. If you go beyond 3.000 rpms everything is normal.

It's just the car telling you it does not like low RPM's, just drive it the way BMW suppose to be driven, keeping revs high, it completely transforms the driving experience.
I learned this with my first bimmer 1988 318i, drove it gently not even knowing what the car was about
, until one day I was told to wake up the beast....
