E90 wheels will work fine on an F30, the offsets are the same. As others have said, just use the bolts from your F30 rather than the ones from the E90.
The tires are one profile size too small, but you can use them. The important thing for you since you have an xDrive is that all 4 tires are the same size.
I currently have E90-size tires on my car on the fronts or my car and you can't really tell the difference handling-wise. The speedo is a bit off, but as long as you're aware of that it's not an issue.
