I tried registering for Google's Send to Car feature as well (from Google Maps on a desktop PC). It says that the destination was sent, but it's not showing up in the car. I used my ConnectedDrive e-mail address as the "Account ID" on Google. Does this work for anyone else?

This works for me. After it send I went to connected app in the car and I can see the destination sent.
You should be able to verify it in your connected app destination tab without going to the car.
