While I pay £79 a year for Prime membership, in practice it works out a great deal cheaper than that, since every time they miss a delivery date, they extend by a month if you ask them. I seem to be on course to get 3 around years Prime membership out of the last £79 payment. This is helped by the fact that we place around 200 orders per year, so over those 3 years, they will have missed about 24 out of 600 delivery dates. Thanks Hermes  |
