Did these faults occur before or after your fuel filter replacement?
If after the fuel filter replacement, was the fuel system ventilated via actuation of the in tank fuel pump for the required time? If not then I assume the vehicle was cranked until it eventually started.. if the latter is the case it can normally cause rail pressure faults to store.
