20K miles later and now looks like Cylinder 3 is being naughty (P02D1). The original one mentioned above never came back. Im going to run two tanks of seafoam through it to see if this helps, otherwise ill replace cylinder 3. Dealer quoted 500$ for labor for all 4. Parts look like their are about 250$ a pop. New one on ebay seems to go for 190$.
