I have also paid £0000s for my insurance every year and I've been driving 7 years with 7 years NCB I'm 25 am currently insured on a 435i for £1050 with admiral which is only £150 more than a 320d I was insured on before makes no sense to me but then again living in London probably pushes up the price a fair bit.
