Never seen anything like that before. I don't think it has anything to do with your fuel, looks more like a mapping problem.
I'd try re-flashing the car, maybe back to stock and then the tune back in again.
If still a problem go back to the tuner. If they can't sort it out switch to MHD or BM3?
