same issue F30 2014 320i Base Hi unit
dimbo617 did you figure out what the issue was? I have the exact same issue. I replaced the main battery after it had completely died. To get to the trunk I had to remove the back seat, but I checked and didn't see any wires pinched. I used ISTA+ and there are no faults. Test comes back clean. The amp doesn't have any signs of water damage or rust. All my fuses are good. No chimes no sounds nothing. Radio still pulls an HD signal.
