If RFT vs RFT, then the Michelin would be a good upgrade, but if the Goodyears aren't RFT, there will be a noticeable stiffening of the ride over bumps. But it's all relative as even old worn out non-RFT tyres are pretty stiff regardless.
The PS4 ZP is for folk who want to stick with RunFlats as they give the car a more original factory feel compared to non-run flats.
If you like RunFlats, then the 4ZP is probably the best option for the F3x platform imo.
