Convertible roof not operational

Hi all - first time poster. Had the dreaded severe water ingress problem on my F33 convertible. Had amplifier repaired and new window/motor regulator on offside rear.

I now have an inoperable roof.

Fault codes are:

80508C CTM, functional restriction: Repeat interlock, hardtop drive (hydraulic pump)

80503C CTM, hydraulic oil temperature sensor, Line disconnection (open circuit) or short circuit.

There is evidence that the sponge material around the pump in the boot has absorbed water and is damp but doesn't look excessive.

Am I looking at a complete replacement unit or might new relays and OT sensor fix it possibly? Can the roof pump motors be replaced rather than the whole unit?

I took it to my local independent specialist and book in next week for further investigation but wondering if I can improve the chances of a single visit by ordering some useful parts.

Any experience of this or advice welcome. Many thanks.
