I had an outdoor California Car Cover that I used on a Mercedes CLK430 and then transferred it to a CLK500 and it lasted for about 20 years. They are expensive but sell a quality product.
FrankL, if it for outdoor use make sure to order a cover with the side mirror pockets and also order bungee cords and clamps to prevent the cover from blowing off in heavy wind. 😉
