For OEM wheels as rare as these, $3k with tires and TPMS is a pretty solid deal to me. I don't think anyone will be able to obtain these new for this price with tires and TPMS.

Definitely not rare, I've seen sets of these on cars at dealers in NJ and CT. The best ones I've seen were powdercoated completely black. Reps can be had for 1/4 the price on eBay too. That doesn't help
