The calipers for 370mm and 340mm rotors are different due to 15mm difference in mounting holes position to carry 30mm bigger diameter rotor.
The pads are interchangable as the rotor working surface has equal width (say pad path)- the diameter is bigger so is the brake force arm, the contact area is the same.
