yes it is. just because its not free doesnt mean its not a solution. Developers should be compensated for their time. And since a lot of people are charging people to code it only makes sense.
Tokenmaster wants you to donate $50 to charity and email him proof to get a login to get Launcher Pro. is that really a bad thing?
