It is definitely NBT-High, which was introduced in 2012 on the F30. CIC was 2008-2012 which was when the E90 was facelifted.
I will try 6NS.

Sorry yes, it's more about how the enhanced Bluetooth is delivered (media combox - 6NK or head unit 6NS), since you have NBT it should be 6NS.
