I have dealt with some really shitty BMW dealerships, but also some good ones.

BMW Northwest. In 2011 I owned an E90 325i which still fit in with the current lineup. They were always remarkeable to me and provided great customer service despite the fact that I was 19. This was all in the service department, not the sales department. I had a longterm issue with the airbag sensor on the passenger seat which was still an issue before the warranty ran out. After the warranty ran out, they still went out of their way to replace it for free! David Quinn was my S/A there. Extremely polite and took time to be personable and address any questions I had. This was easily one of the coolest ways of being introduced to BMW.

BMW Bellevue. Great service department, never dealt with sales.

BMW Honolulu.... What can I say about this dealership other than they are probably the absolute worst BMW dealership I've ever dealt with in my life. Their sales department completely ignored me every time I shopped there. I'd make eye contact and everything. I'd pull up in my E60 M5 when it was still a rather new car, and still, not a single "Hello" or "Can I assist you with anything today?" People there were rude and condescending as well. Anything you asked for was an inconvenience. The service department was laughable too, not to mention anything you purchased there, the dealer would mark up at the highest 45%!!! Easily the shittiest BMW dealership on the face of the earth.

Center BMW. Both sales and parts were very polite. Got my new T/A there for my M3 and I got to see some pretty cool cars.

BMW Sioux Falls. Always polite and professional. Any time I've walked in there, I am greeted even I dress kind of like a guy who doesn't look like he would purchase a BMW. Went and test drove a 6MT M3 there recently and they didn't even hesitate to assist me. Their service department sucks though. I paid $275 for an oil change on my M3 right after my road trip from Cali to here and they didn't even provide the usual inspection of the car and needed to be replaced wear and tear items. Hesitant about bringing in my M3 for the recall items.

I guess it's hit and miss depending on where you go, but even at some of the above dealerships there were many people who just rubbed me the wrong way.

Nooooow. Porsche. That's a funny story. 2011, I went to Porsche of Longbeach and was offered the keys to the new at the time 991 911. The salesman was really trying to get my money even though I had no way of affording the car, I was just having fun playing the part and of course I've always had a long time interest in Porsches. It didn't help that I had nice clothes on and a girlfriend who looked and dressed like a million bucks. Lots of rich kids down in those areas.

Porsche of Honolulu.... This is a funny story. I had just gotten done working on selling pharmaceuticals for the day. I was wearing a nice suit. I was a younger but a confident individual. I walk in and I'm standing there for quite some time waiting for someone to assist me because I was waiting to get info on a Cayenne for my wife. Eventually a very flamboyant sales guy walks up to me and completely snubs me. "Well, aren't you dressed to look important." My response: "No. No. Please stop." He doesn't take me seriously when I asked for info on the Cayenne. Eventually gets me a brochure. Escorts me outside after we chatted for a little bit. Sees my E60 M5 outside. Completely changes his tune. He actually starts to realize that he made a mistake. I gave him that look as I unlocked my car. You know, the one where you just want someone to know they fucked up. Hilarious. I spun tires the entire way as I drove past the dealership leaving a cloud of smoke.

Lamborghini, Bentley, Aston Martin and McLaren have always been good experiences for me. Always taken seriously. Always asked if there's anything they can do to help or anything I want to see. Polar opposite of how I feel inside a BMW dealership.
