That is correct, I start with hpfp to keep it simple the OTS itself will run a decent AFR and with E15 i don't think the AFR or Trims will max out at all.
I've tested E20-E25 on a 93 OTS but just for testing purpose and it was good, but i dont recommend others to do this unless they' know what they're doing and looking at.
At the end of the day E30 OTS Map with E20-E30 blend is going to be better for that.
