I'm running a stage 2 MHD ots map with xhp st3 and I've gotten 9.14, 9.93, and 9.43. I think most of these users do a bunch of runs and post the best. Also consider road conditions, weather, DA, can all have effects. I'm sure if you did enough runs in enough places you can get into mid 8s on that tune. Here's a 0-60 and a 100-200. only tried a few times on each but I'm sure I could get my 0-60 to 2.6 and the 100-200 in the mid 8s. The guys posting times like that with the same mods have just done more runs and showing us the best case.
