For MY2016 Canadian production, 'Auto-dimming exterior mirrors' are part of the Premium Essential Package. Option packages vary from one county to another.
Perhaps in the case of UK production, only the driver's side dimming mirror is standard while the other side is a stand alone option or part of a package ? |
No it's no longer available on the passenger side in the UK and the service department said the wiring on the passenger side was no longer capable to allow dimming even if they fitted a dimming mirror (same cost as the standard mirror on their system ) the dealership had two f33s I took a look at today. first was a JAN 16 build and both door mirrors dimmed and the second was an M4 convertible MAY 16 build and both door mirrors dimmed.
