Laser are the replacement for Unlimited by the looks of it. Both have the same luminous flux rating (3200LM) so probably marginal difference between the two.
The main difference seems to be the colour temperature. The Unlimited are 4300K (OEM standard) while the Laser claim to be 'whiter' meaning they're probably have more of a blue tinge and may not actually be as good in inclement weather. Personally I'd probably go with Unlimited.
