Whatever update they did yesterday, it was not full programming or you would have F020-12-11-505.
That said, 48.2 may also have the new security in it. All I have heard is switching back to 48.1 if you can solves the issue, but no one I know has switched back to 48.2, probably because 48.3 was released so soon after 48.2, most people skipped 48.2 when they updated.
So, 48.2 may have the same issues as 48.3.
