My opinion - If you're running CPI then spray water. Use a small nozzle. The water will evaporate in the intake charge and cool it off so the intercooler doesn't work as hard. It's not as ideal as it would be in an engine with an air-to-air intercooler, but it still will work great. Just keep in mind that if it's hot outside, it'll always be hot. You can't cool IATs below ambient due to our intercooler setup. |
When you say small, Anything you recommend I could try ?
I stay in Scotland so I think I may need to run a small meth dilution as ambient temps hear are very unpredictable but I do only run my car in mainly summer.
