As far as the nozzle size for running only water I have no idea to be honest its best to probably contact
https://www.coolingmist.co.uk/ and get some feedback or even Twisted Tuning. When I was running meth on my B58 I was using BMS recommended dual BM7, but I was injecting through the throttle plate. If I had to do it again I would just get a charge pipe and inject a single nozzle to give it a bit more head room for atomization.
