Ahh. Makes sense. Weekend is the most busy time for travel.
I started tracking last year. Started with NASA NE. Fantastic experience with this group. Good camaraderie, fairly chill, safe and safe driving on track, generator people are well mannered on track and the instructors I've met have all been very helpful (so far). Also, they tend to have events at NJMP, Pocono, Watkins Glen, and Limerock. All conveniently close if you live in the NYC area.
