Not a F30 but I've had xDelete on my E90 since it came out about a year ago.
Works great and zero issues. Mostly use the RWD mode but have tried the snow and sport modes. Always keep reverting back to RWD mode. Drives better and less wear/tear on the transfer case, front differential and front drive shafts.
I'll turn AWD on for bigger snow storms but that's about it.
