2 days ago I have changed all rotors and breaks pads with a private party.

It worked fine a day than since yesterday evening FASTEN SEAT BELT warning light coming after a minute of drive and it will beep beep and warning light (I fasten belts) for few mins then it will go away.

I don't understand is there any related to brake pads and rotor changes.

This was not like before.
