Since you have a EWG, I would recommend you get BM3, they got great tuners and OTS maps for EWG, if you had PWG like I do, I would've recommended you go MHD as they seemed to have better PWG tuners and OTS maps.
You could use JB4 as a meth controller no problems.
I personally use BM3 for the track and it runs great, I was a PWG beta tester and OTS guinea pig so I'm really confident you'll have no problems with it.
