I am confused on what the PSDZData version in ESYS is actually telling me. (Help-about)

I was working to update my psdzdata version today but found that no matter what version of psdzdata I extracted to c:\data\psdzdata the version number in help-about stayed at 5.04.02 for ESYS version 3.30 and 5.07.01 for ESYS version 3.33.

Is there a way to find what version of psdzdata esys is actually seeing, or what version I have installed?
