Is there an M3/M4 version of this doc?

I hear the M3 production is ending in 6/2019, but the M4 is going for another year. I'm interested in doing Euro Delivery for an M4 in Sept of 19. Assuming individual color (haven't decided which one and whether on offer for that year) how much lead time do I have to prep for? I'm thinking the last 2 weeks of September to coincide with Oktoberfest. Can I even specify delivery date so I can be guaranteed to pick up the car during that time?

Plan is arrive, do Oktoberfest Mon/Tue, pick up Wednesday and leave Munich Thursday. This will be our "car museum" tour - BMW -> Audi -> Porsche -> MB in that order.
