My charge pipe too blew after 50k+ miles with a jb4 installed; dealer replaced under warranty. I've now registered about 80k on the jb4 (no bolt on's). The only issue I have is sometimes the car will not start which didn't start happening until roughly 65k miles.
I must disclaim I cannot directly attribute the issue to the jb4 however....when I remove the jb4 and attempt to start the vehicle a hand full of times, it'll finally turn over. When I take the car to the dealer, they show no codes (and take my diagnostic fee).The issue also does not replicate when the device is not installed. Personally, I feel like its a fuel pump issue just by when the car errors out and the sound it makes when everything is priming after its unlocked; but who knows.
With that said, I
love the jb4. I'd feel a lot differently about my 435 ownership experience if it were not available. Enjoy it! (map 5 all day).
