It would not set precedent as she does not have Dip immunity. She was never registered at the Court of St James as per normal protocol. There was a made up arrangement which has now come unstuck. I dont believe the trial you suggest would have a legal basis in the US. She needs to come back to UK and i suspect Nothhants Police will seek her extradition now.
