I agree, but perhaps you should adhere to your recommendation as well then?
Dynos are tools and they measure and calculate power differently depending on make. So when you say "60 HP difference is low for a dyno tune", you need to consider the dyno. Mustang dynos, which are the best tuning-type dyno, can vary load. As a result, they generate lower numbers than a something like a Dynojet. So 60whp gained on a Mustang will certainly be a lower number than the delta range of a Dynojet or any other non-varying load type dyno.
By saying something like his numbers are low with no other backing info, you plant a seed of worry. The depicted power curves aren't showing anything troublesome occurring. The power delivery and shape of the powerbands are what we've seen time and time again with PWG N55s. If anything, I'd say the tune is spot on.
