Hi Tony, The date for the . dir is 01/01/2010 03:00.

When I do dir c:\programdata /tw /a it's the same date and time.

For the RearmLauncher.cfg file:
Created: 01 Jan 2010, 02:00:00
Modified: 19 Jul 2017 (date I tried to change to in a previous test, but note: this time, and the previous time I reported above, I kept today's date unchanged)
Accessed: 01 Jan 2010, 02:00:00
