Not sure about this one. Could be a compatibility issue between psdzdata 63, your Launcher version (does it support V63? Does it support your E-sys version?) and your E-sys version (does it support V63?).
You might also want to try keeping your system date reverted while coding. Could be that E-sys has a problem if the system clock is past the expiry date of the EST token file.
