Yeah I'm not sure my ISTA is working. This is what it looks like.
Do you know where to download the latest version? The one I downloaded was a mess to install and the Ista P never loaded either and always gave a error message.

Maybe it's enough to install a current NetFramework or Java.
Otherwise, I have a link to the current version. I'll send it to you later, because I first have to sort out the things you won't need and would otherwise download unnecessarily.
