It sounds like my dealer isn't aware of this process and wants to carry out a fix themselves rather than go through BMW. I might trawl through some threads online and compile a list of dealers that have given replacements. I'll then show this to Sycamore or go to one of them

Should I be speaking to the sales guys or service dept? I would of thought I should be speaking to service as they are after sales etc.

Peter Vardy in Edinburgh put two new sets of alloy wheels on my F30 it had exactly the same issue.
