How did you manually add lumbar support?

I found that with BMW seats (due to them being almost infinitely adjustable) you really have to try a lot of variations before realising the actual comfortable position for you. Sometimes you think "yeh that's good" but further adjustments reveal that it could actually get better.
If the seats are not in an optimum condition then I cant last very long, set them up properly and I can very easily do very long journeys in them, and have done.
