I have issues with the Sport/MSport seats too. This is my 2nd F30 and I'm still constantly adjusting the seat. I find the ergonomics/placement of some of the interior just isn't quite right, if that makes sense, and I get some lower back/leg pain depending on how long I'm in the car.
The most comfortable I've ever had was my 2017 Lexus IS350 FSport. Those seats were amazing and the interior was laid-out perfect (for me). It was more like a cockpit than anything else and everything was angled/positioned just right. The car itself was boring as hell though compared to the F30....trade-offs I guess.
