Just to follow up, I need to get KW V1s installed, so I called a few the well known local places to get quotes on coilover install and alignment. Thought it would be a good idea to post as this seems like a common question. Keep in mind that shops usually quote 50-150 or so less for Springs (not coils).
Induktion - 525 (popular amongst M3 guys; 475 for Springs/alignment)
Pure Auto - ~ 500 (well known shop but mostly cater to JDM crowd)
Luigi Motorsport - ~550 (including height adjustment; not as well known but was recommended by another member here and from their social media looks like they do a ton of suspension installs (coils and bags))
GT Peace - ~800
RRT - 1k
PTuning - ~650 (495 for coils w/out alignment)
Premier Autowerks - 1.5k (I suspect they don't do a whole lot of aftermarket work, hence the high price)
S2 Dynamics - 1k (and Audi/WV guys claim they have some of the most competitive rates around... guess not)
Fleming Auto - 650 w/out alignment
GR Motorworks - 500 (new place just opened in Beltsville)
