No, they are not dealer rates. I am friends with a master mechanic at the bmw perfomance center. He does side work for me. He replaced the oil cooler gasket and oil filter housing gasket. We ended up having to replace the belt and pulley as well because oil was all over it. The pulley was making a hissing sound. He charged me $500 for parts and labor.
