I'd start the homework from realoem.com Use your cars manufacture date at the beginning so that you can see the most applicable list of part numbers for your car.

Below are examples for 2019 F36 (manufacture date mid 2019) as an example.
Front Sport Line bumper set-up:

The M Bumper set-up for same car:

Look for difference in airducts as well. Some are interchangeable between SportLine and M Type:
