My indicated MPG was averaging 4% higher than actual, so I set the corrector to 960 ( (29.1/30.3)*1000 ).

I'll need a few tanks to verify that it's closer to actual and make further adjustments if needed.

Changing the value is easy, just push and hold on the correction display and it lets you change the 1's digit, then push and hold. Repeat for 10's, and 100/1000's (they are set together ranging from 07 to 12).
