What tune are you running? I had this issue with the previous rev stage 2 E30 OTS map from bm3. The most recent tune implemented revised boost and fueling targets. I'm running E30 now, was 45F this morning and enjoyed a bit of spirited driving with now issues. I have also run many logs to redline with no crashing, whereas before crashes after 6k RPM were frequent. On a side note, I'm running meth now to give a little headroom on fueling.

I have an M2 with a Dinan turbo and I cannot run E30 when ambient is below 60F, or it will crash the HPFP (E25-26 works). Thatís at around 18psi for me, which may not be for you, and when the OP said the HDP5 evo pump didnít work on E30 was it bc of higher than 18psi boost?

Thereís a lot of factors to the HPFP crashing so just trying to draw some data points.
