For sale is my used F30/F32 MPE with chrome tips. Traded in my 2013 335i for a 2018 328d "Dad-Wagon", so no longer need the MPE. Not sure exactly how many miles are on it, but sounded just as good the day I took it off as the day I put it on. I have the original box, but it's pretty banged up, so not really interested in shipping at the moment.
You WILL NEED the sleeve connector for install. I reused mine to re-install the stock exhaust before trading in my 335i. There's a dealership about 20 min away from my house (where i got mine) or you can apparently order one on amazon:
