What do you mean by "weak"? Rotors are big for heat dissipation, the quality of the brake pads will define how much bite you get.
Get a set of Akebono brake pads, low dust and amazing braking.

Afternarket are usually one piece.
Zimmerman has a dimpled / slotted one piece rotor.
Pilenga has a dimpled / slotted two piece rotor.
OEF3 has super cheap dimpled / slotted two piece rotor.

I would stay away from cross drilled as they are prone to cracking (especially at the track)
Those are definitely the OEM two-piece or aftermarket Brembo two-piece that looks OEM.
