I notice in the morning backing out of my garage, and just engaging the clutch it sounds like a brake squeal as the car starts moving. Parking braked is off and it's just for a second or two.

Is there maybe glazing on the pads or something? I periodically yank the E-Brake when coasting to a stop and also try and do some hard braking now and then to keep things clean.
