I just got my 2016 GT last year so considering I came from a 2006 TL, I'm probably good for at least a few years. I would like to see Honda/Acura or Mazda make a successor to the GT although I doubt anyone will. I test drove a very lightly used 2018 Buick Regal Sportback that I could have purchased for not much more than the GT and it checked all the boxes (AWD, hatchback, etc), but I just kept thinking "you're going to drive a Buick?". Honestly I was fairly impressed with the Regal, but I just don't think anyone wants hatchbacks.
