Mistakes happen. It was caught and they lost your business. Hopefully, a lesson learned by the dealership and it's staff. I do believe You should have left it at that instead of plastering their name on this forum for such a small issue.
I could understand if you had actually lost money or you were delivered a vehicle that was not equipped as promised, but you lost nothing and asking for freebies is ballsy.
