It's a known issue with iPhone 13's. What I usually do is toggle off the BT connection, when I have a drop out, then turn it back on and pair the phone through the car (not the phone). This
usually works. The other day, however, I had to completely re-sync the phone by deleting my car and reestablishing the connection.
